There are three ways for you to cancel your SocialBook subscriptions.

  1. For Influencers or individual business users, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time! Go to our Pricing page, find your current plan, click "Cancel my plan". Here you go, you're successfully unsubscribed!

2. For business users who purchase the Platinum plan or higher, you can email us at support@socialbook.io to unsubscribe.

3. If you want to not only cancel your plans, but also delete your SocialBook account. You can go to "My Account" - "Settings" to delete your account.

However, we don't recommend you doing so. Because deleting your account means all your SocialBook activities/history will be erased. Please do it with caution.
